ANEPROMA CONVOCATES THE THIRD EDITION OF THE APPLYING COURSE OF WOOD PROTECTORS
ANEPROMA - National Association of Wood Protection Companies- will celebrate next September the course of "PROTECTORS OF THE WOODEN APPLICATOR – Qualified level for obtaining the certificate for the use and handling of biocides for wood, called TP 8.
The course is aimed at applicators who treat wood by using an autoclave, applicators of curative treatments "in situ", sawmills, Architects, engineers or any other professional who needs the specific and mandatory qualification for the protection of wood through the application of biocidal products.
The course will take place in Burgos del 27 from September to September 8 October (Monday to Friday) with a duration of 80 hours, as required by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy for the use and management of biocides. The course is funded by the Contract Programme for the training of the timber sector and is free for all professionals. The number of places is limited, therefore it is important to register before the 15 July of 2010. The syllabus that will be taught in the course is the one recognized by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy. Wood will be presented as a material, its properties and benefits, usage classes, degrading agents, preventive application, healing application, human risks and the environment, toxicology, protectors used, rehabilitation and technical code; all this complemented with practical classes and a guided trip to a treatment company for the explanation and handling of machinery and biocides. The professionals who take the course will obtain the certificate of use of biocides for wood valid for the entire Spanish State.
